Chance Glasco is a co-founding developer of Infinity Ward and a key architect of the Call of Duty franchise — the best-selling video game series in history with over 500 million copies sold. His career began on the Steven Spielberg and DreamWorks franchise Medal of Honor, before he and fellow developers left to found Infinity Ward. He worked across eight titles including the entire Modern Warfare series and Call of Duty: Ghosts, shipping games that collectively generated over $4 billion in revenue.
Beyond Call of Duty, Chance co-founded Doghead Simulations, whose VR collaboration platform rumii was used to deliver therapy to human trafficking victims, run virtual classrooms during COVID, and connect students across continents. He is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Climate Resilience Center, advising on the intersection of emerging technology and global resilience. He is also co-founder of Coming Home (cominghome.ai) and owner of The Game Consultants.
Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Chance brings a rare combination: a world-class American creator embedded in the Latin American market, with the cross-cultural fluency to connect with Brazilian audiences. His work and insights have been featured in Forbes, Veja, G1, and Balanço Geral.
